Every Buckethead also gets a sprite, a bucket hat, and an animation — locked in permanently at mint from a hash of the token's own id, so nobody (including us) can change it after the fact. Hats split into two real tiers: a common grid (10 colors × 10 patterns, 100 combos), and a handful of true 1-of-1s that never enter the random draw at all — hand-assigned, never duplicated.
